At FICast Data LLC, we recognize that our client financial institutions are concerned about the sensitive nature of the financial information they provide to us. This includes information about the financial institution itself (hereinafter referred to as "institution data") as well as the institution\'s customers (hereinafter referred to as "customer data"). FICast takes seriously its obligation to protect the security and privacy of this information and it will be used only within our strict guidelines.

FICast, along with other financial institutions who do business in the United States, is required to provide our customers with a document describing the types of information we collect and the circumstances under which we may share it. This document describes those practices.

This policy statement takes the place of any previous privacy policies issued by FICast Data LLC. If, in addition to federal law, you are protected by specific state or local regulations, FICast will fully comply with those regulations as well.

The kinds of information we collect.

Institution Data -

For each institution, we collect the name and address of the institution, institution ID, equity method, and fiscal year start month. In addition, we set up user accounts in the FICast Internet Platform for each employee of the client institutions that will be accessing the FICast system. For each user account, we collect name, email address and phone number. This information is either collected manually by FICast employees or through the user profile screen of the FICast Internet Platform.

Customer Data -

FICast does not collect any personally identifiable information about the customers of its client institutions with the exception of account number and account balance, which are necessary for the operation of the FICast system.

How we use this information.

The information we collect is used to help us deliver the services you\'ve requested, easily and efficiently. It may also permit us to design and offer specific products and services that we believe will be useful to you and other customers.

In no case do we provide institution or customer information to third parties for the purpose of independent telemarketing or direct mail marketing. In addition, institution information is not provided to third parties for any reason whatsoever. However, customer information may be aggregated with other FICast customer data to provide summaries, comparative analyses, or other analyses that FICast may make available from time to time to third parties or as part of the FICast Internet Platform, so long as the customer information cannot be individually accessed or identified by third parties.

Who has access to this information?

Authorized FICast employees are permitted access to the information they need to perform their jobs on your behalf. We maintain strict internal policies against unauthorized disclosure or use of customer information by employees.

As an additional measure to protect customer information, account numbers are encrypted before being stored in the FICast system.

Courts and government bodies:

Certain federal and state laws may require us to share information about you. For example, if you are involved in a legal matter with a third party, we may be ordered to provide information to a court or other party. In these circumstances, only the specific information required by law, subpoena, or court order will be shared.
